During my first pregnancy I realised how wonderful Pregnancy Yoga is, and the benefits that come with it.



- It feels really good

- It will  improve your strength and flexibility 

- Practice breathing techniques that will support you during pregnancy and labour 

- Become a part of a supportive community

- It will give you the time and space to connect with your pregnancy during your crazy week

 

I have taught pregnant women from almost the beginning but only since my own pregnancy I have started doing specific classes for pregnant women.

I love the since of community it brings as there is something so special about this time in our lives.
