About Me
I'm Nitzan Horesh, and I teach friendly and welcoming yoga classes for all abilities in Hampstead, North West London.

I started practising Yoga in London in 2006, and dedicated myself to the practice ever since. Yoga did not come easy to me, I was not "flexible enough" or "strong enough" but I knew that this was my passion and my path. The more I got into it, the more I wanted to learn, and with practice came the benefits. I've learnt that yoga is to be practised both on and off the mat.
In 2012 I decided to follow my passion and embarked on 2 years of Hatha teacher training, deepening my knowledge of classic yoga.
Then, whilst travelling in south India I found Ashtanga yoga, and in 2014 I did my Ashtanga teacher training with David Swenson.
I now practise both methods as I find that they complete each other, the structure and discipline of Ashtanga with the flow and freedom of Hatha.
After recently becoming a mother, I understand the power of yoga during pregnancy and beyond, and the feeling of anxiety when getting back into yoga after time off.
I love sharing all the wonderful knowledge taught to me by my respected teachers over the years. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to do what I am most passionate about.
Each practice is a journey to explore the body and the mind, no practice is ever the same.
